Agrega el pimiento, el romero y las hojuelas de pimiento rojo; cocina y revuelve durante 4 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n suaves. Transfiere a un taz\u00f3n mediano; incorpora la espinaca, las aceitunas y la albahaca. Tapa y deja reposar hasta que la espinaca se haya marchitado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bate el huevo y la leche en otro taz\u00f3n mediano hasta que est\u00e9n bien integrados; sazona con sal y pimienta negra.
