Todo comienza por comprender qu\u00e9 es la desregulaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso y c\u00f3mo afecta a nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la desregulaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La desregulaci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso ocurre cuando el sistema de respuesta al estr\u00e9s de nuestro cuerpo, conocido como eje hipotal\u00e1mico-hipotal\u00e1mico-adrenal (HPA), se activa de forma excesiva.
