No est\u00e1s sol@, y la ciencia muestra que es hora de replantear tus h\u00e1bitos y las ideas err\u00f3neas que siguen difundi\u00e9ndose hasta la fecha, inclusive por profesionales de la salud y la nutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante a\u00f1os, se ha cre\u00eddo que las colaciones (o snacks) entre comidas mantienen estables los niveles de energ\u00eda, pero la verdad es que comer con frecuencia podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s perjudicial que beneficioso. Analicemos por qu\u00e9, al contrario, reducir el consumo de snacks podr\u00eda ser un gran cambio en favor de tu salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La verdad sobre las colaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchos picamos (es decir comemos algo ligero entre comidas) para evitar el hambre, pero comer constantemente en realidad altera los ritmos naturales del cuerpo. Cada vez que picamos la t\u00edpica colaci\u00f3n rica en carbohidratos, nuestros niveles de glucosa e insulina se disparan, lo que con el tiempo puede provocar <a href=\"https:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/nutricion\/2025\/01\/23\/insulina-pilar-salud-metabolica\/\">resistencia a la insulina<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto no es solo una preocupaci\u00f3n para las personas que ya sufren de diabetes o pre-diabetes; nos afecta a todos. La <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/iG-XqgiK-TI?si=kolOpg0fDtkQ8Cde\">resistencia a la insulina<\/a> est\u00e1 relacionada con el aumento de peso, la fatiga e incluso enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como las enfermedades card\u00edacas. Si comes seis veces al d\u00eda (desayuno, colaci\u00f3n, comida, colaci\u00f3n, cena y colaci\u00f3n), no est\u00e1s energizando tu cuerpo, sino que lo est\u00e1s sobrecargando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 comer menos snacks beneficia a tu cuerpo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu intestino es clave en esta situaci\u00f3n. Comer snacks con frecuencia mantiene tu sistema digestivo funcionando sin parar, dejando poco tiempo para sanar. Imagina tu intestino como una f\u00e1brica a tope: si siempre est\u00e1 funcionando, no puede repararse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dejar de comer snacks le da a tu intestino la oportunidad de recuperarse, reduciendo la inflamaci\u00f3n y mejorando la digesti\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los snacks <a href=\"https:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/nutricion\/2024\/08\/17\/los-peligros-ocultos-de-los-alimentos-ultraprocesados\/\">ultra procesados<\/a> (la opci\u00f3n habitual de la mayor\u00eda para picar algo r\u00e1pido) est\u00e1n llenos de sustancias a\u00f1adidas que da\u00f1an tu microbioma. As\u00ed que eliminarlos significa que tu cuerpo puede centrarse en alimentos reales y ricos en nutrientes esenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rompiendo el ciclo de alimentaci\u00f3n emocional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no lo creas, los antojos a menudo no tienen nada que ver con el hambre. Es se\u00f1al de que tu intestino necesita equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al comer menos snacks y centrarte en alimentos naturales en tus comidas, le das a tu cuerpo las herramientas para restablecerse y sentirse saciado sin tener que picar constantemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comida real, beneficios reales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al dejar de comer colaciones, es m\u00e1s probable que elijas comida real: piensa en alimentos de origen animal, grasas saludables, verduras, y algunas algunas frutas. Estos alimentos te mantienen saciado por m\u00e1s tiempo y aportan los nutrientes que tu cuerpo necesita. A diferencia de los alimentos basados en cereales (todo tipo de harinas) y tub\u00e9rculos (como las papas), e inclusive leguminosas (frijoles, garbanzos, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, tener que preparar menos comidas significa que dedicas tiempo a preparar comidas m\u00e1s saludables y deliciosas. Tambi\u00e9n notar\u00e1s que tus niveles de energ\u00eda se estabilizan y tu estado de \u00e1nimo mejora a medida que tu cuerpo digiere los alimentos de forma m\u00e1s eficiente y reducen los picos constantes de <a href=\"https:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/nutricion\/2024\/02\/03\/mas-que-glucosa-y-colesterol-en-tus-analisis-de-sangre\/\">glucosa e insulina<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tu reto de 30 d\u00edas sin colaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfList@ para probar un enfoque m\u00e1s saludable?
