Y es que hoy en d\u00eda es muy com\u00fan ser bombardeados con mensajes sobre el declive hormonal y la aceptaci\u00f3n de los s\u00edntomas de la menopausia como parte de la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero \u00bfy si existiera una manera m\u00e1s sencilla y proactiva de sentirte lo mejor posible durante esta transici\u00f3n natural?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La verdad es que tu cuerpo no est\u00e1 simplemente perdiendo hormonas sin poder hacer nada al respecto. Y aunque tu ginec\u00f3log@ no suele explic\u00e1rtelo (y muchas veces ni siquiera lo toma en cuenta, de hecho), existe un sistema con capacidades de respaldo para compensar, y comprender esto puede cambiar por completo tu perspectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menopausia 101<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pi\u00e9nsalo as\u00ed: como mujer, tus ovarios son los principales productores de hormonas antes de la menopausia; pero tus <strong>gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales<\/strong> est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para intervenir y tomar el control cuando sea necesario. Dependen de una materia prima clave: el <strong>colesterol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y una dieta consistentemente baja en grasas (como la que muchas mujeres siguen antes y durante el climaterio) puede obstaculizar la capacidad de las gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales para realizar su funci\u00f3n. Es como intentar construir una casa con pocos ladrillos: simplemente no podr\u00e1s completar la estructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la narrativa de la aceptaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante demasiado tiempo, les han dicho que simplemente \u00ablidien\u00bb con los s\u00edntomas de la menopausia.
