Por ejemplo: desayuno, colaci\u00f3n, comida, colaci\u00f3n, y cena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfy si te dijera que comer constantemente podr\u00eda ser lo que en realidad obstaculiza tu progreso?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La verdad es que existe una forma mucho m\u00e1s eficaz de deshacerse de esos kilos de m\u00e1s, y todo comienza con la comprensi\u00f3n de la compleja interacci\u00f3n entre las hormonas, el ayuno y la administraci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda almacenada en el organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El poder del ayuno<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El ayuno no se trata s\u00f3lo de abstenernos de comer; es una oportunidad para que nuestros cuerpos se adapten y respondan de maneras que puedan ayudar a <a href=\"https:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/nutricion\/tag\/perder-peso\/\">perder peso<\/a>. Cuando ayunamos, nuestro cuerpo entra en un estado en el que tiene que depender de fuentes de energ\u00eda almacenadas (como la grasa) en lugar de depender constantemente de la glucosa de las comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este cambio en el metabolismo es precisamente lo que hace que el ayuno sea una herramienta tan poderosa para perder peso. Y, a pesar de lo que seguimos escuchando por ah\u00ed, en realidad puede ser m\u00e1s beneficioso y nada perjudicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La conexi\u00f3n hormonal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo afecta exactamente el ayuno a nuestras hormonas? Ver\u00e1s, cuando comemos con frecuencia, nuestro cuerpo produce ciertas hormonas que ayudan a regular los niveles de az\u00facar en la sangre y promueven el almacenamiento de glucosa (generalmente nuestra principal fuente de energ\u00eda). Estas hormonas incluyen insulina, glucag\u00f3n, epinefrina (adrenalina), cortisol y hormona del crecimiento (HGH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La insulina, <a href=\"https:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/nutricion\/2024\/07\/29\/la-diabetes-tipo-2-no-es-lo-que-crees\/\">como ya hemos abordado<\/a>, es el principal regulador de los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, mientras que las otras cuatro hormonas trabajan juntas para regular la utilizaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Y en el caso de comer seguido, el trabajo en conjunto de estas hormonas es promover el almacenamiento de energ\u00eda, independientemente de la cantidad de calor\u00edas consumidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las hormonas quemagrasas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En cambio el ayuno (no comer tan seguido en el d\u00eda y tardar en volver a comer para el siguiente) desencadena una respuesta similar al ejercicio o al estr\u00e9s: aumenta la producci\u00f3n de epinefrina (adrenalina) y cortisol, que a su vez estimulan la liberaci\u00f3n de glucag\u00f3n y hormona del crecimiento (HGH). Estas cuatro hormonas trabajan juntas para aumentar la quema de grasa y la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El glucag\u00f3n es particularmente importante en este proceso, ya que ayuda a regular los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre al aumentar la producci\u00f3n de glucosa en el h\u00edgado. La epinefrina (adrenalina) y el cortisol, por otro lado, ayudan a estimular la descomposici\u00f3n de los carbohidratos almacenados para obtener energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El mito de \u00abcalor\u00edas que entran, calor\u00edas que salen\u00bb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 lo m\u00e1s com\u00fan sigue siendo centramos en las calor\u00edas que entran y salen cuando tratamos de perder peso?
