De de quienes se hab\u00edan encontrado con \u00e9l, algunos lo relacionan con una t\u00e9cnica casi m\u00e1gica que catapulta a una marca a la cima de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>Veamos qu\u00e9 es exactamente el <em>growth hacking<\/em> y por qu\u00e9 es importante para tu marca conocer de que se trata. Y principalmente lo que implica su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Hackeando el crecimiento<\/h3>\n<p>El t\u00e9rmino <em>growth hacking<\/em> fue acu\u00f1ado en 2010 por el emprendedor e inversionista <a href=\"https:\/\/growthhackers.com\/about\/sean-ellis\">Sean Ellis<\/a>, popularizado por el tecn\u00f3logo Andrew Chen <a href=\"http:\/\/andrewchen.co\/how-to-be-a-growth-hacker-an-airbnbcraigslist-case-study\/\">en su popular blog<\/a> y, en pocas palabras:<\/p>\n<p><em>es un proceso de r\u00e1pida experimentaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de canales de marketing y desarrollo de producto para identificar maneras de hacer crecer un negocio en poco tiempo y con recursos limitados.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El <em>Growth Hacking<\/em>, sin embargo, como lo apunta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/interview-aginnt-growth-pm-everlane-danny-prol?trk=prof-post&amp;utm_campaign=Submission&amp;utm_medium=Community&amp;utm_source=GrowthHackers.com\">Aaron Ginn<\/a>, anterior director de crecimiento de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stumbleupon.com\/\">StumleUpon<\/a>, \u00abes m\u00e1s una forma de pensar que un conjunto de herramientas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfUna forma de pensar? S\u00ed, una relativamente nueva y diferente, si la comparamos con la visi\u00f3n tradicional del <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/01\/mercadotecnia-branding-identidad\/\">marketing<\/a> que se ha llevado a cabo a trav\u00e9s de la historia de los negocios.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que el <em>growth hacking<\/em> implica no solamente una visi\u00f3n\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2016\/06\/28\/que-es-y-que-no-es-branding\/\">de mercad\u00f3logo creativo<\/a>, sino tambi\u00e9n de ingenier\u00eda inform\u00e1tica y\u00a0 de administraci\u00f3n de producto. Adem\u00e1s, se enfoca no solamente en conseguir clientes sino en mantenerlos leales desde el principio, por una raz\u00f3n que ya es conocida pero tiende a dejarse para despu\u00e9s: es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantener a un consumidor\/cliente existente, que conseguir nuevos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1061\" src=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ghack_01.jpg\" alt=\"Grawth Hacking y Marketing Digital\" width=\"850\" height=\"279\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>El origen y la naturaleza digital del Growth Hacking<\/h3>\n<p>El <em>growth hacking<\/em> se enfoca en dirigirse a la base de usuarios de un servicio\/producto y mantener un constante an\u00e1lisis de los datos que se generan en dicha interacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este an\u00e1lisis es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de conseguir hoy en d\u00eda gracias a las m\u00e9tricas que se pueden analizar digitalmente a trav\u00e9s de servicios anal\u00edticos en l\u00ednea. Es por esto que el t\u00e9rmino <em>Growth Hacking<\/em> naci\u00f3 hasta el 2010, y se aplica principalmente al marketing de productos y servicios que utilizan internet como medio de distribuci\u00f3n y servicio.<\/p>\n<p>No en vano los <em>growth hackers<\/em> se enfocan en <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2016\/10\/25\/que-es-el-marketing-de-contenido\/\">alternativas<\/a> al marketing tradicional que cuesten mucho menos: porque su origen est\u00e1 en las peque\u00f1as empresas <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/09\/la-crucial-importancia-sitio-web\/\">basadas en internet.<\/a> Empresas de pocos miembros, iniciadas con poco o casi nulo presupuesto, pero con una idea, el tiempo y los conocimientos y herramientas para probarla una y otra vez, hasta que la idea madura lo suficiente como para convertirse en un negocio.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como las primeras empresas que se beneficiaron del <em>growth hacking<\/em> ahora valen cientos de millones de d\u00f3lares: Hotmail (hoy <a href=\"https:\/\/outlook.live.com\/\">Outlook<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/\">Gmail<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/\">Instagram<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbnb.com\/\">Airbnb<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n<h3>El Growth Hacking tambi\u00e9n cuesta<\/h3>\n<p>Debido a que tanto <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2017\/04\/25\/automatizar-tus-redes-sociales\/\">las redes sociales<\/a> como muchos servicios digitales en internet se ofrecen gratuitamente a los usuarios, es idea de muchos empresarios que las actividades de <a href=\"http:\/\/nelsonrazo.com\/blog\/2016\/08\/03\/la-importancia-del-marketing-digital\/\">marketing digital<\/a> son baratas.<\/p>\n<p>Y lo son, pero solamente comparadas con el marketing tradicional.
